I am the Associate Resource Manager for Enterprise Learning, being the link between potential and existing associates and our client management team. Having spent many years in financial services my specialism lies in Strategic HR management and occupational psychology. I am a qualified behaviour assessor and psychometric tester registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS) holding the EFPA accredited European Test User Certificate Level 2 in Work & Organisational Assessment. I have an MA in HR Management, am a Principal Practitioner of the Association of Business Psychology (ABP), and am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

I manage the on-boarding of new Associates which includes undertaking the initial contractual formalities. When our internal team need associate support for a client, I identify suitable potential Associates liaising with them to check their availability and interest in the role. Having compiled a shortlist of potential Associates I aim to make sure they are kept in the loop whilst we progress the project with the client before completing the contractual elements of the assignment.

We are lucky to have many highly skilled Associates registered with us and I have been honoured to get to know a good number of them over the years through maintaining  regular contact. The enjoyment comes from working with them and in synchronising the needs of our clients with their quality expertise. Through them we can readily augment the exceptional standard of resource we strive to provide our customers.

Before joining Enterprise Learning I previously worked for KPMG as an Executive Management Consultant providing HR/Organisational Development experience primarily to clients in the Financial Services sector. I also designed and implemented the assessment centre process for recruiting KPMG accredited Associates onto the KPMG Associate Academy.

Prior to that I worked for NatWest Group where I held a number of senior HR roles working on areas surrounding employee engagement and the individual and collective psychological contract. Over the years I gained expertise that covered people strategy, organisational development, employment policy and HR risk management and control systems.
