Enterprise Learning’s Associate Faculty consists of learning and development specialists as well as operational and process improvement specialists with at least five years’ experience of financial services, often in line and customer facing roles.

The focus of our faculty knowledge and experience is the retail regulatory environment and our associates have a depth of understanding in how to apply regulatory requirements in a cost effective approach that satisfies the client and the regulator whilst helping your business grow and develop.
A specific area of expertise is in Advice Quality, where our Associates’ experience ranges across advice standards, advisory skills, managements skills, operational processes, systems and controls.
Learning and Development
Areas of expertise include learning design, technical and regulatory training, competence development and assessment, sales and product training, management coaching and organisation development, all in a financial and professional services context.
Operations and Process Improvement
Areas of expertise include process analysis, design and improvement techniques, project management, business processing, claims handling, procedures writing, case review, all in a financial and professional services context.
