Skilled Person Reviews
Have you been instructed to appoint a Skilled Person to oversee a rectification programme.
Enterprise Learning is on the PRA and FCA panel of providers approved to carry out s166 Skilled Person Reviews. We can independently identify the population of customers to be reviewed, develop the ‘treatments’ required to address them and work out the compensation required.
