I’ve worked in Financial Services for over 25 years, the last 18 of them in consultancy, working with Enterprise Learning as a Principal Associate since 2002.
My passion is change management, helping our clients adapt and improve in the face of changing industry, competitor and regulatory challenges. In my role as Programme Director in many change programmes, I help our clients manage and translate these into powerful and lasting change, creating better ways of working that improve business results and help meet regulatory obligations.
Recent work has focused on conduct risk, helping create the systems controls and behaviours in organisations that drive the right results for both customers and the business.
My clients include the AA, Centrica, Sesame Bankhall Group, Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential, HBOS, Legal & General, RBS and Norwich Union
In addition to my degree, I hold the Full FPC and the JO7 Diploma in Financial Planning.
I am also a licenced DTi Benchmarking Associate and Accredited Tutor: Institute of Leadership & Management.

- Development and implementation of a Training & Competence framework and supporting learning and assessment tools for several large insurers
- Design, implementation and embedding of a new Quality Assurance approach and framework for the sales and service contact centre call agents of a large insurer
